PhD and researcher in Biomedical Sciences

About...

I was born in Ternopil, Ukraine, in 1992, where I attended School No. 5 until I was 8 years old, when my family moved to Murcia, Spain, in 2000. I studied Sports Sciences at the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFD) in San Javier. I graduated with honors and completed an international exchange at Southern Utah University in the USA. There, I studied sports medicine and developed a final thesis on the effects of physical exercise on Alzheimer's patients. Subsequently, I completed a master's degree in sciences focused on methodology and research, also with honors, after which I began my doctoral studies in health sciences at the University of Murcia.

During my PhD, I studied energy metabolism in rodent models under different contexts such as physical exercise, age, sex, diet, and circadian rhythms. I analyzed multiple parameters using techniques like transcriptomic sequencing, serology, ultrasound and computed imaging, immunohistochemistry, abdominal and stereotaxic surgery, behavioral tests, and microscopy. I completed international research stays at the University of Warsaw in Poland and the University of Illinois in Chicago, USA, earning my doctorate in 2023 with outstanding marks, an international doctorate mention, and cum laude honors.

I am furthering my education in nutrition and functional medicine while continuing to collaborate on biomedical research projects, studying and sharing what I am learning.

"We lose control of our lives when we lose control of our health."

Are you familiar with the experience of long waits in hospitals, unclear answers, ineffective medications, and illnesses that only worsen over time? Or the lack of healthcare and human attention?

Perhaps you also recognize the lack of motivation, dizziness if you don't eat, addictions, overweight, infertility, sleep problems, frustrations, confusion, digestive issues, irritated skin, lack of energy, and pain.

Here is my message for you: many of the ailments we face today have a common denominator: industrialization. Scientists have already found answers to many of these diseases. Are you familiar with the works of Weston Price or Bernardo Houssay? How about going even further back in time? Have you heard of the studies of Hippocrates? Does the phrase "all disease begins in the gut" sound familiar? Celiac disease, for example, emerged with the development of agriculture and has been described from the times of Aretaeus of Cappadocia to the current studies of Karel Dicke and Alessio Fasano. Much of the wisdom of modern medicine has been with us for centuries. So, why do diseases continue to increase?

I want to reclaim a world we have partly lost: a world where family is a nucleus of trust and synonymous with home, where our children do not suffer from diseases that were once associated with old age, and where we respect the laws of nature, animals, and vegetation. Scientific literature points to a clear conclusion: our lifestyle is deteriorating not only our health but also the health of the planet, leading to a multitude of diseases. Most of the modern population is already chronically affected by them.

But there is good news: we still have time to change. And it only requires education.

Policy

Zero interests

"I do not accept promotions for dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals. I do not receive interests from any third party. I do not receive subsidies or compensation from any public or private organization. My funding is solely sustained through my personalized services and dissemination channels."

People-centered

"I am interested in the comprehensive education of people because I want my children to live in a healthier world. My goal is to teach you to take control of your own life. Even though I may not be able to mentor many people, I make sure to demonstrate my concern for you when we work together."

Money is not everything

What I do is supported by goodwill donations, whether material or immaterial. A simple note of thanks is enough for me if I have truly been able to help you in some way. I don't want people to miss out on care due to a lack of resources.
