PhD and researcher in Biomedical Sciences
About...
Yev was born in Ukraine in 1992, in Ternopil, where he attended School Number 5 until the age of 8 when his family moved to Murcia, Spain, in the year 2000. He studied Sports Sciences at the CAFD faculty in San Javier, completing the degree with honors and an international stay at Southern Utah University (USA), where he studied sports medicine and conducted a final thesis on the effects of physical exercise on Alzheimer's patients. Subsequently, he completed a master's degree in science focused on methodology and research with honors, after which he began his doctoral studies in the field of health sciences at the University of Murcia.
During his Ph.D., he studied the energy metabolism in different contexts of physical exercise, age, gender, diet, circadian rhythms, and analyzed multiple parameters using techniques such as transcriptomic sequencing, serology, ultrasound and computed imaging, immunohistochemistry, abdominal and stereotaxic surgery, behavioral tests, and microscopy, all conducted in animal models. He undertook international stays at the University of Warsaw (Poland) and the University of Illinois in Chicago (USA). He earned his doctoral degree in 2023 with an outstanding grade, an international doctor mention, and cum laude honors.
Currently, Yev is furthering his education in nutrition and functional medicine while continuing to collaborate on biomedical research projects and assisting individuals in reversing treatable symptoms through lifestyle changes.
"We lose control of our lives when we lose control of our health."
Long waits in hospitals, vague answers, ineffective medications, diseases worsening over time, lack of healthcare and humanity... Does this sound familiar to you?
Lack of motivation, dizziness if you skip meals, addictions, extra pounds, infertility, lack of sleep, frustrations, confusion, digestive problems, irritated skin, lack of energy, pains... Does this still resonate with you?
This is my message to you. Many of the ailments that modern society suffers from today have a common denominator: industrialization. Did you know that scientists have already provided answers to many of the diseases that we still grapple with today? Are you familiar with the works of Weston Price or Bernardo Housay? And what about going even further back? Do you know the studies of Hippocrates? Does the phrase "all disease begins in the gut" ring a bell? Were you aware that celiac disease emerged with the development of agriculture, described centuries ago from the works of Aretaeus of Cappadocia to those of Karel Dicke and even Alessio Fasano today? Much of the wisdom offered by modern medicine has been with us for centuries. But why does illness continue to increase?
I want to reclaim a world that we have partially lost. A world where family is a trusted core and synonymous with home. Where our children don't suffer from diseases that were once associated with old age. Where humans respect the laws of nature, animals, and vegetation. All scientific literature leads to the same conclusion: our lifestyle is not only deteriorating our health but also the health of the planet we inhabit, giving rise to a myriad of diseases. The majority of the modern population is already chronically affected by them.
But there is good news. We still have time to go back. And it only requires education.

Mission
"I believe that public outreach and interaction can contribute to the comprehensive education of an individual. I think we should move away from beliefs and act based on foundation and conviction, to shield ourselves from myths and misinformation. Only through this approach will we maintain our health generation after generation."
Policy
Zero interests
"I do not accept promotions for dietary supplements or pharmaceuticals. I do not receive interests from any third party. I do not receive subsidies or compensation from any public or private organization. My funding is solely sustained through my personalized services and dissemination channels."
People-centered
"I am interested in the comprehensive education of people because I want my children to live in a healthier world. My goal is to teach you to take control of your own life. Even though I may not be able to mentor many people, I make sure to demonstrate my concern for you when we work together."
Money is not everything
"I accept payments in kind, provided there is mutual interest. I can accept artisanal or eco-sustainable produce, various management or administrative services, goods that may be useful to me, or other relevant items in the field of research and biomedical sciences."
